Raw Vegan Tiramisu Recipe

This holiday, we wanted to share a few recipes that make our family gatherings special. The Raw Vegan Tiramisu is a dessert that’s so decadent and yet full of antioxidants and healthy fats. In one word, impressive.

Ingredients for crust

  • Walnuts – 200 grams

  • Coffee – 2 Tbsp

  • Dates – 60 grams

  • Coconut Oil

Ingredients for Vanilla cream

  • Cashews – 250 grams

  • Milk – 60 ml

  • Syrup – 60 ml (if use date syrup, it’s less sweet, so we need more, about 80-90 ml)

  • Coconut Oil – 60 ml

  • Vanilla extract – 1Tbsp

Ingredients for Chocolate cream

  • ½ of Vanilla cream

  • Milk – 60 ml

  • Walnuts (soaked) – 50 grams

  • Cacao powder – 2Tbsp

  • Optional – Kalua liquor or Chocolate extract

Instructions:

1) Mix all the ingredients for the crust in processer or by hand* until smooth.
2) Put the base in the silicone mold and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
3) Mix all the ingredients for Vanilla cream
4) Set aside ½ of the cream, the rest leave in the blender
5) Mix Chocolate cream
6) Put 1 layer of Vanilla cream, set to freezer for 15-30 minutes (or until it’s not soft anymore) and put chocolate cream on top of Vanilla cream.
7) Put in the freezer for 5 hours or until completely frozen.
8) Take the Tiramisu from the mold, decorate.
