Sanivan Broom Salad
This simple, nourishing dish is one of our longtime favorites, affectionately called “broom salad”—because it truly sweeps you clean. Packed with fiber-rich root vegetables and fresh greens, it supports gentle cleansing from the liver through the digestive system while still feeling grounding and satisfying. Easy to prepare and deeply revitalizing, this salad is a beautiful way to reset and nourish the body.
Ingredients:
1 large beet and beet tops
1 or 2 large carrots
1 black radish, is the best for cleansing, but white radish will do.
1 green apple(optional)
Instructions:
Process all the ingredients in Cuisinart or any other processer.
Chop beet green to small pieces, and add to the mixture along with fresh parsley.
Dressing: olive oil, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and Hamalian sea salt.
Mix it all together and enjoy it's cleansing as well as nourishing properties
